Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days (Monday - Friday).
DUTIES
United States (DDU - Delivered Duty Unpaid):
Orders shipped to the U.S. are sent DDU. This means import duties and taxes are not included in the price you pay at checkout. U.S. Customs may charge duties/taxes when your package arrives, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Other International Destinations:
Orders outside the U.S. ship with duties included. Most shipments clear customs without any additional fees. In some countries, local VAT/GST may still apply, depending on your regulations.
Canada:
Domestic orders ship as usual - no duties or import taxes apply.
NORTH AMERICA - FLAT RATE SHIPPING
All North American orders (Canada & U.S.A) use Canada Post/USPS 2 - 9 business days in Canada & U.S. All orders shipped come with tracking. Express shipping is also offered at checkout which should approximately arrive in 2 - 4 business days.

REST OF WORLD - FLAT RATE SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped either via Canada Post in partnership with your local carrier, UPS, or DHL. The standard international delivery time is 7 to 16 business days, and all shipments include tracking.
Bleu Rose covers all duties for international orders. The price you see at checkout is final, with no additional fees upon delivery.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF AN ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
